Senate Bill 1366 requires each Driver Education course or Driving Safety course completed on or after September 1, 2026, to include information about Construction or maintenance Work Zones. No later than August 1, 2026, providers must update their curriculum and submit to TDLR a current curriculum outline to the Online Statement of Assurance application. This purchase contains the Module 3/Topic 4.1.7.1/Topic 4.2.5.1 and Module 6 updates along with the curriculum outline. We’ve included both pdf and powerpoint formats.
