Effective September 1, 2019, House Bill 105, 86th Regular Session, requires that driver education and driving safety curriculum include information relating to oversize and overweight vehicles.
CTDS' Driving with Oversized Vehicles Curriculum exceeds the requirements mandated by HB 105.
Update includes:
Curriculum - Multi-page Presentation in Powerpoint and PDF formats.
Forms - Required "Statement of Assurance." Fill out this form stating the area/day in your curriculum that you'll be adding our information. Sign the form and send to TDLR to assure your compliance.
